Into The Woods : Creative Workshop April 5th 2024 FULLY BOOKED
This one day workshop is a journey deep into the woods to explore a creative dialogue with trees. Led by award-winning sisters film-maker/artist Beatrix A. Wood and production designer/3D designer Ele Wood, we will use mixed media, found materials and objects to explore different trees through a range of actions that build into your “Story of the Trees” by the end of the day. The workshop will stimulate ideas, questions, images and a different way of looking at - and being in - the woods. And the world.

This event is part of our fundraising to complete the “Tim Stead: Magician With Wood” documentary film.
This course will take place in and around the mature woodlands at Harestanes. Beautiful trees, river and hill. We ask all participants to bring warm working / outdoor clothes and strong sensible footwear. We gather up at 9.30 for a cuppa, meet the others and get started by 10, working through til about 5.
